If the weather turns cold, find some fun that you couldn’t otherwise enjoy!
We recently saw the amazing frozen bubble photography by Angela Kelly. With the temperature hovering right around 0 °F today, it seemed like a good time to test our own bubble making skills.
This morning while I was at work, Oldest Daughter successfully tried things out. So even though it was dark by the time I got home, I wanted to play, as well. With a light illuminating the picnic table on our porch, I numbed my fingers in bubble juice and took a few pictures. These bubbles are generally smaller than an inch in diameter, and roughly only 5% survived the descent onto the table.
It’s going to remain cold overnight, and I hope to capture a few more pictures in the morning sun tomorrow.
