I received a postcard in the mail from Chase (the bank) this week. Evidently, they’d like me to open an account with them. However, they don’t appear to have grasped the concept of “neighbor” too well. You’ll note that it was sent from San Antonio, Texas, to Plainfield, Illinois. Quite the large neighborhood we’ve got going for us.

Call me a cynic, but I don’t think they were motivated by the good Samaritan.
